Wrongfully banned for using x-ray (110% sure)

Additional info:
   While i was mining a cave, i was accused of hacking and using Xray. It said "Broadcast" in red instead of his name, so i'm not sure who he is. He kept asking me "what kind of mine is this". At first i didn't understand what he meant so when he finally told me he thought i was using Xray, i told him i wasn't but he banned me anyway.
   I needed items so i went mining and i actually stayed in that cave for  a few hours. I don't think it would be that long if i was Hacking. I don't know if you can verify any of this but i guarantee you that if you can, you will see that i'm telling the truth. I do not use cheats of any kind, i play legit.
